Like that neighbor you don't really like that much, we might have waited a little too long to take down our Holiday decorations. To make up for it we've posted a bunch of Midwest US tour dates to get you through St. Patty's Week. Check them out on the Tour Page.

While you're there, read the latest fan review of VA by Jay from Massachusetts (the link's at the bottom of the page).

MARCH 9, 2004

This week Slainte Mhath begin touring Universities and Colleges in New York, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan as a result of a Mid-American NACA conference they attended in Peoria IL this past November.  It's looking like St.Patrick's Day '04 will last for a whole week - see slaintemhath.com's tour section for details.

The group head to the Pacific Contact Conference in British Columbia at the end of March where they have been chosen to showcase in front of hundreds of west-coast promoters.  With their sold-out shows at the Arden Theatre in St. Albert and The Margaret Greenham Theatre in Banff, Alberta this past January the group is making it's mark in Western Canada.

'This is one of the most amazing masterpieces of Celtic fusion we've heard in a long while.  If you can't see them live, find the album and buy it. You'll thank us later.' - CJVB, Vancouver

Finally Slainte Mhath will return to Prince Edward Island on April 10th, 2004.  It's been awhile and they look forward to playing at the Jubilee Theatre in Summerside, John's hometown.

Aside from touring, Slainte Mhath have been busy working on new material. Not quite ready to record yet, but there is LOTS happening musically...so keep your ears open at the shows for new tunes and let them know what you think!

Any Bruce MacPhee fans out there? or better yet any Bruce and John MacPhee fans out there?  In the Cinema you'll find a video clip of Bruce & John with Ryan, Boyd and Lisa playing 'Brucie and the Troopers' at a Church fundraiser in Sydney, Cape Breton last week.
